Shipping and Lead Times

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Nothing waits in stock

No piece is held in stock. Making begins after your order, in the atelier to which the piece is entrusted. That is what explains our lead times, and it is also why no two creations are ever quite alike.

Making times

The lead time runs from receipt of payment, or of the deposit for a bespoke creation, and from receipt of the information needed for making the piece, in particular your ring size.

  • All our pieces: eight weeks, including making and delivery within France.
  • Nairi Rivière rings: your stone is presented to you within fifteen days, then the ring is crafted around it.
  • Bespoke creations: lead time stated on the quotation.

For delivery outside France, please add the shipping time shown below. Should anything unexpected happen in the atelier, we will write to you and give you a new date: we prefer a late truth to a promise narrowly kept. Force majeure is dealt with in Article 12 of our terms and conditions of sale.

Shipping

Each creation travels by tracked delivery, insured for its value, and is handed over against signature. In France, pieces up to 5 000 € are entrusted to La Poste as declared-value post, a service that covers jewellery. Above 5 000 €, and for shipments outside France, your creation is entrusted to a secure carrier specialising in valuables. You receive the tracking number on the day of dispatch. For security reasons, no parcel is left without a signature or put through a letterbox.

  • Metropolitan France: two to three working days after leaving the atelier.
  • European Union: three to six working days.
  • Outside the European Union: five to ten working days, excluding customs clearance.

Delivery is complimentary to all destinations served, with no minimum order. It is your responsibility to check that the address you give us is correct: an incomplete or incorrect address delays delivery, and the cost of re-sending may be charged to you.

Customs duties outside the European Union

For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or clearance fees may be charged on arrival. They are governed by the regulations of the country of destination, are payable by the recipient, and can be neither estimated in advance nor refunded by the Maison.

On receipt

We recommend that you check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the carrier. If the packaging is damaged, note precise reservations on the delivery slip and write to us the same day: we will take care of the rest.

Should a parcel be returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery, the cost of which may be charged to you.

What comes with the piece

Each creation is delivered in its écrin, with its authenticity card stating the metal, the stones and their nature, and with its care recommendations. Each piece is inspected and photographed before dispatch.
